"This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

"La personne de l'accueil a fait ce qu'elle a pu pour rattraper le fait qu'elle n'avait pas été prévenue de notre arrivée. Elle semblait très gentille mais gênée par ce problème d'organisation. En effet le logement n'était donc pas prêt, le ménage n'avait visiblement pas été fait quant à l'ameublement le lit superposé faisait un bruit infernal à chaque mouvement. L'endroit est plutôt bien et agréable mais le prix est trop élevé pour les prestations proposées."

"Nous étions 4 adultes Et ont nous attribué une chambre avec un lit superposé censée être pour une famille avec enfants ce qui n’était pas notre cas Mes 2 filles étant adultes J’ai demandé à changer de chambre ça n’a pas était possible Après 3 jours Ils ont finalement accepté que l’ont change d’endroit Nous avons était accueilli dans une autre résidence à Sete et clairement c’était mieux Nous étions déçus de ses 3 jours dans la résidence Aqualia 850€ pour un séjour pas top...

"What can be said that has not already been said? Wow! We loved that the staff were as enthusiastic about a hotel, formerly a prison, as we were. The art work in the room/cell and through out the building was amazing, thought provoking and modern. The room in "prison chic" was very comfortable and spacious for two tired cycle tourists. Plus, a super secure place to store our bikes, much appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and worth the price. Our only regret is not being in Beziers when the restaurant was open for evening meals. Definitely one of the most unique places we have stayed and the most memorable. Merci to the whole team that make this place a joy to stay in."

"Staff were positive and friendly however we had a burnt out lightbulb which didn’t get replaced. Lights in the lounge at night are low wattage and the lounge is poorly lit making reading difficult. Having said that - would we stay there again? Yes. Very handy to the village."

"Nice hotel definitely worth the money. The bare-bones room was efficient if not homey. Our dogs were made welcome too. The food truck offering dinner is a nice touch. The hotel sits on a narrow street between two drawbridges and the port. Not much street appeal but the off street parking is a plus. And the canal is only a block away with harbor views."
