"What can I say? El Nido was the last leg of our honeymoon trip and I’m so glad we saved the best for last!!! Glamping at Karuna was awesome! I booked the Jungle Lodge for the cool theme and the beautiful view (especially the sunsets) just right outside the porch area! The staff were super friendly and were attentive to all our needs. The free shuttle service into town was huge as we used it often! The infinity pool next to the bar was a great touch! The free breakfast was good. And they offered a romantic sunset dinner setup with complimentary wine and cake!!! My wife and I loved the setup! We cannot thank Karuna enough for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The only thing to be aware of is all the immersive animal sounds and noises of the jungle, and the bugs of course. But it comes with the territory. Only tip to Karuna, is to expand the shower and use a less complicated shower system for the jungle lodge. Overall no big deal! We LOVED our stay and can not wait to try a different theme when we come back!!! Highly recommend! "

"This place was magical. Rooms were gorgeous - the view!!! The overall resort was so well maintained, staff were constantly cleaning. The only downside (and no joke from other reviews) was the stairs. BUT you can only get the views from climbing up 😀. It is a walk through their little shops, through the beach and tons of stairs which made it a little bit of a trek for mt elder parents but honestly so worth it! Very much recommend thia place"

"I can't say anything bad about Karuna El Nido Villas. They cater to relaxation. Beautiful infinity pool, excellent massages, great food, and excellent single loungers and double canopy loungers around the pool. Most importantly was the staff attitude. They were extremely professional and flexible. They were fun, cheery, and naturally interacted with guests gracefully. They were so sweet to say the least. You can't ask for better treatment. I would not hesitate to return in the future. "

"The room was big, good shower with hot water, mini fridge in room and bottled water, our room view was amazing. A short tuk tuk ride to food places, close to the boat tours. Breakfast was just ok. The front desk tried quoting me triple the price I was told to get to the airport. I would stay here again. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Lagun, the staff were so polite and helpful and always on hand if we had a request. In my opinion the level of service goes above and beyond what you might expect and it made our stay extra special. The room was clean the restaurant was likewise very clean and the food was delicious.Thank you so much for having us and making our engagement week extra special! As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you not to drink, they informed us that it was filtered and safe to drink but it gave me stomach aches and diarrhoea so just stick to bottled water to be safe."
