"I had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Chico and would definitely stay here again. The free parking was convenient, and while I didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, I appreciated that it was available. The location was one of the highlights. It's within easy walking distance of downtown, making it simple to explore the area without having to drive. It was extremely hot during my visit, but the air conditioner did a good job keeping the room comfortable. It takes a little while to cool the entire room, so I'd recommend leaving it on while you're out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the DirecTV service offered plenty of channels, including HBO, which was a nice bonus. My only real complaint was the electrical outlet next to the sink, which had a very bright built-in night light that couldn't be turned off. I like to sleep in a completely dark room, so I ended up propping a pillow on the chair to block the light. One thing to keep in mind if you're staying on a weekend is that the parking lot fills up later in the evening. If you plan on going out at night, you may want to walk or use a rideshare instead of moving your car. The good news is that the lot clears out by morning. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located hotel with convenient amenities, and I'd happily stay here again!"

"My overall stay was amazing! The amenities here are exceptional. I used the pool, hot tub, steam room, rooftop bar and restaurant, and the lobby bar. As well as the in-room pour over coffee and lovely soaking tub. The food and drinks were all excellent! Daisy and Corina at the rooftop restaurant/bar went above and beyond with their service! They both deserve a big shoutout. There are even more amenities I look forward to trying next visit like the bicycles for use. The only experience that was sadly lacking was my experience at check-in. The lady working that evening wasn’t very friendly and did not attempt to explain anything about the hotel. I asked some questions that she answered, but compared to my experience with the other staff this definitely missed the mark. There were other front desk staff that were wonderful and helpful and even helped me extend my stay by another day. I can confidently say this is the best hotel in Chico!"
