"We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. "The location is convenient because it is walkable to Dotonbori and the surrounding shopping area. There are a lot dining options as well. The Onsen on premise is good but it is very crowded in late night. Overall the hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast is great with awesome options. And the nightly ramen snacks are great plus. Lastly, our room is nice too but a little small. The toilet and shower are separated and the spaces are tight. "
