Staff were lovely and location was great in Hanoi. However the plumbing wasn't the best and often left a smell. Also, I arrived early and they held my suitcase for me until check in time. Although this is kind, I would question the security behind this as i went in and out of that room a few times and other people's belongings were there. Seems like anyone could take it if they had to temporarily store something as well. Be aware it's very noisy on the street below.

My family stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, everything has been fantastic. We were greeted with a welcome drink and our luggage was taken care of. The hotel has a 5 star feeling. The entire staff was so kind, warm, and helpful. The spa was great - I went there twice! Breakfast was a good assortment. The location was great - walking distance to everything in Old Quarter. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Very close to the bustling of the old quarter, and easily accessible! The staff, specifically Mia, was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. Great place to stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful giving useful information about places to visit without trying to sell any tourist services. Breakfast offered a choice of local and western food. The room was very comfortable and serviced daily.
