Very bright, this 115mÂČ apartment "like a house" offers 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, a vast living room opening onto a large terrace in a quiet area, but also a small garden on the ground floor accessible from a private garage. Appartement indépendant trÚs bien équipé. Terrasse, jardinet, 10 mn à pieds du centre, chateau, marché et commerces. Literies confortables, 1 sdb et 1 sd'eau.2 wc.dont 1 separé dans la chambre qui contient également la petite salle d'eau. Garage fermé attenant et independant, plus 2 places de parking extérieures réservées. Bref l'endroit parfait pour notre famille de 5 personnes. 2 jeux de clés pour l'indépendance de chacun, plus une boite à clé gérée par un code. Information pour les PMR: accÚs par un grand escalier. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis.

L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il est trÚs spacieux pour une famille de 7 que nous étions. La literie est de trÚs bonne qualité et donc hyper confortable. La terrasse est top. L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé pour cuisiner et le garage est trÚs pratique pour ranger tous les vélos. La place de parking peut placer deux voitures en enfilade. L'appartement est situé à 300m de la rue piétonne et 2 km de la plage des dames. Vous pouvez tout faire en vélo durant les vacances. Le service de conciergerie est trÚs gentil et trÚs à l'écoute.

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Il est bien situé et au calme (juin) Par contre nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse ( bien aménagée et trÚs ensoleillée ) à cause du parasol trÚs endommagé et à notre sens inutilisable. C'est bien dommage car la terrasse avait beaucoup compté dans le choix de cet appartement.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour entre amis. Logement spacieux, bien placĂ©. La terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien orientĂ©e. Seul bĂ©mol, Ă  notre arrivĂ©e nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que le logement n'Ă©tait pas dans un Ă©tat de propretĂ© satisfaisant (poubelle de l'ancien locataire non retirĂ©e, sol non nettoyĂ©) et le jardin n'Ă©tait pas entretenu. Nous n'avons donc pa pu profiter du jardin. Lors de l'Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e, l'agent de la sociĂ©tĂ© HOOOMY en a convenu. Nous avions optĂ© pour un forfait mĂ©nage Ă  150 €. Or, compte tenu de la situation la conciergerie HOOMY a fait une rĂ©clamation d'indemnisation et nous avons Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ© du forfait. Mise Ă  part cette difficultĂ©, trĂšs bien gĂ©rĂ©e par HOOMY, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Nous avons séjourné dans la location de la Poste avec un grand plaisir car on s'y sent chez soi. Tout y est fonctionnel pour les petits comme pour les grands. La chambre familiale avec salle d'eau et toilettes privatives a eté un plus dans notre composition familiale. La location est calme et bien entretenue avec des placards de rangements. En cuisine, il y a la place et le matériel pour cuisiner, y compris les ustensiles pour les fruits de mer ce qui ne gùche rien. Les photos de l'annonce sont fidÚles jusqu'à la grande terrasse amenagée avec bains de soleil, grande table et parasol. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pieds de tous les commerces et à 1 minute d'un loueur de vélos. Il y a également un grand garage et la possibilité de se garer devant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
