  • Located 5 minutes walk from the center of Vieil and 10 minutes by bike from the center of Noirmoutier, house completely redone in the summer of 2017 sleeps 4, WIFI, ideal young couple including:
    - a living room of 15 m2 comprising:
                 > a fully equipped kitchen: 2 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine,
                 > a dining area for 4 people.
    > a sitting area with a sofa bed 140/200, TV.
    - a shower room with large shower 120/80, washbasin, washing machine, WC.
    - a small bedroom with a bunk bed and large closet

    Enclosed garden giving full south, living room of garden with table and parasol, barbecue, terrace.
