Very nice and well equipped house to spend a good holiday on our beautiful island. Give yourself the privilege of going to the beach on foot !!! and take pretty walks or bike rides on the Jacobsen pier along the sea and reach the city center in a peaceful setting or take a walk in the Bois de la Chaize.

located 800 m from the sandy beach and the city center it is a 110m2 house with a 450 m2 enclosed garden.
It comprises on the ground floor: a living room and a kitchen giving direct access to the south-west facing terrace. Large new fully equipped kitchen, glazed so very bright. induction hob, programmable pyrolysis oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plus a scullery including a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dryer.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with bath + wc, the children's bedroom with 2 single beds, a small closet and the parents' bedroom with a 140cm bed, a large closet, a French window giving access to the garden.
Street side, There is also a bedroom with a 160 bed, an Italian shower and a sink.
Upstairs you have a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be used separately or as a large 180 cm bed. A closet. _

Maison idealement située à proximité des plages et du centre de Noirmoutier. La cuisine est tres spacieuse et bien equipee pour accueillir une famille. Les espaces exterieurs avec une grande terrasse et des transats sont un plus et surtout au calme sans vis-à-vis Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle avec une meteo tres favorable pour profiter de cette jolie maison. Un merci tout particulier aux proprietaires qui ont ete tres disponibles et arrangeants. C est une perle rare sur Noirmoutier

Séjour très agréable
La maison est idéalement placée à proximité des plages et du centre-ville à vélo. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée (également pour un sejour avec des enfants en bas âge). Le jardin clos est très agréable. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et particulièrement sympathique. Nous recommandons totalement cette maison.

Agréable maison lumineuse entre le centre et les plages
Tres bon séjour dans une maison lumineuse et agréable à vivre. La maison est très sympa, plutot confortable et idéalement placée. Propriétaires très sympatiques, communication par téléphone et messageries très facile. quelques améliorations pour être au top, surtout le barbecue à remplacer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

La maison est spacieuse et très bien située à 5 min à vélo de la plage des Sableaux et 10 min du centre ville dans un quartier très calme. La maison est magnifique et très bien équipée ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour une location de vacances. Petit plus : les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques !
