    Equipment brand new - complete renovation completed late 2015.
    The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 adult and 1 bedroom children's bedroom (3 beds) convertible into second adult room.

Très bonne communication avec l’hôte et très bon accueil.La maison est bien équipée, bien placée au calme, proche de la plage (10 mn à pied avec les enfants).A 1 km de l’épicerie Spar du village du Vieil pour se dépanner, c’est pratique.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme auf der Île de Noirmoutier. Top-Lage in Strandnähe, eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus – enorm praktisch. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (bis auf eine Mikrowelle), zwei Bäder und Waschmaschine runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Ideal für einen erholsamen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.

Wir haben 14 schöne und erholsame Tage auf der Ile de Noirmoutier in Vieil verbracht, in einer schönen, sehr ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft mit kleinem Garten, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, der Atlantik herrlich zum Baden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Im nahen Ortskern gibt es einen Supermarkt und zwei Restaurants, auf der Insel viele Radwege.

Location accueillante et bien située pres de la plage de la Clère et du hameau du VieilLe confort global est parfait pour deux couples ( lieux de vie indépendants pour 22 personne ). Tout est réalisé avec goût, ce qui rend le sejour dans la maison très attractif. et reposant .Décoration avec des œuvres photographiques originales en noir et blanc Rien de négatif dans cette location.

Superbe endroit au calme

Superbe maison, 2 chambres, chacune avec sa propre sdb. Aucun vis-à-vis, très calme. Très propre. Nous avons bien profité des transats et du bbq. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute. Madame Bouteiller, qui reçoit les locataires est très sympathique. Et quelle situation toute proche de la plage du Vieil !

Bon séjour

Maison claire, agréable et au calme, à proximité à pieds de la plage du mardi gras. Pour le dépannage, une superette se trouve à 15 minutes à pieds dans le village du Vieil, pour les autres commerces il faut aller à Noirmoutier en île. Le gérant immobilier et la propriétaire sont très à l'écoute.

Erholsame Ferien

Vom ersten Kontakt per e-mail bis zur Endabnahme am Ende hat alles gut geklappt. Das Haus ist so aufgeteilt, dass der Zugang zum 2. Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad separat vom Wintergarten abgeht, was sehr angenehm für uns, als Paar mit Freundin reisend, war. Der Wohnraum mit offener Küche ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien ist reichhaltig. Der Garten mit Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet und ist durch begrünte Mauern und Bäume gut abgeschirmt. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen. Den Grill und den Kamin haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Matraze im Doppelbett war uns zu weich. In den Kleiderschränken war genug Platz für unsere Sachen. Die Waschmaschine war einfach zu bedienen. Es gab reichlich Infomaterial über die Insel. Das Haus ist in einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Auto kann man direkt am Haus parken. Der nächste Strand ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles andere haben wir mit den geliehenen Fahrrädern bewältigt. Auf der Insel gibt es ausgeschilderte Radwege durch die Salzfelder, durch schöne Orte und am Meer entlang. In Le Vieil, in Noirmoutier und in La Guérinière haben wir gut gegessen. In Noirmoutier gibt es Boutiquen und den großen Markt, die zum Shoppen einladen. Alles war ideal für einen Naturnahen erholsamen Urlaub!
