Location: near Chaussée Jacobsen, 900 m from the beach (Sableaux beach and Bois de la Chaize); 10 minutes from the city center by bike, all shops and restaurants, port and Noirmoutier castle (via path, cycle path 2 steps); markets 3 times / week, local crafts and quality products (marsh salt, potatoes, etc.).
Exceptional view of the salt marshes and beautiful sunset to contemplate from the veranda with the castle!

Location is unbeatable

Really excellent location, right by the cycle path that takes you - in less than 10 minutes by bike - to the town centre, or to the wonderful beaches of Bois de la Chaise. The large west-facing garden with its paved terrace has uninterrupted views of the salt marshes, and glorious sunsets silhouetting the chateau. This is a traditional French rental house, well-equipped but unflashy, with everything you need from oyster knife to salad spinner, and while the kitchen and bathroom are a little small, everything works properly. There is also a garage for your bikes, and a glazed sun room offering a warm and bright place to sit in the unlikely(!) event of bad weather. Communications with the owner were clear and efficient. Free car parking in front of the house. We’d stay here again, and recommend it.

Un endroit calme et paisible pour se reposer et recharger les piles. L'accès à pied ou en vélo au centre de ville et à la plage permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour.

Excellent séjour passé à Noirmoutier

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à Noirmoutier ,votre maison est idéalement située dans un lotissement tranquille avec vue privilégiée sur les marais et au loin l'église et château de Noirmoutier qui sont visibles de votre terrain avec un joli couché de soleil à contempler en prime . Nous avons beaucoup randonnés à pied au départ de votre maison sans avoir à prendre la voiture, c'est appréciable .Belles plages à proximité ,le centre n'est pas loin non plus par le chemin au travers les marais. Maison correctement équipée ,couchage correcte ,manque un presse agrume pour les jus d'orange peut être et ce sera parfait pour nous . Nous recommandons votre maison sans réserve. Merci à vous

nous reviendrons avec plaisir bien que la maison soit un peu limite au niveau du confort ..douche exigue, chambre enfants sans lumiere suffisante, terrasse a refaire., transats hors d age.. L 'emplacement compense un peu ces inconvenients,

Vacances d’été

Quand nous venons à Noirmoutier nous louons dans ce quartier qui est juste parfait. Très au calme et très joli point de vue. Le jardin mériterait un entretien régulier. Cependant ce logement ne peut pas convenir à des personnes avec des difficultés physiques. Les lits sont très inconfortables et on ne peut pas se remettre dans le canapé ou sur les chaises de salle à manger qui sont en fait des chaises de jardin. La salle de bain très étroite reste inaccessible pour certaines personnes. J’ai failli venir avec ma mère octogénaire et j’ai bien fait de me raviser. Si l’on revoit la salle d’eau et les literies ce sera parfait.

Agréable séjour au calme

Belle propriété, convient très bien pour une famille avec enfants, proximité des plages, du centre ville avec une belle zone piétonne et de nombreux commerces, les amateurs de marchés seront très bien servis. De nombreuses restaurations, pâtisseries et bars viennent compléter tous les services mis à disposition des vacanciers. Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette location.

Agreable maison au calme

Nous aimons cette maison pour sa vue et son jardin. La chambre a deux lits est un peu sombre a cause de sa disposition,petite fenetre donnant sur une veranda, la douche est un peu exigue, mais a part ca l environnement est parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

maison idealement situee et au calme

tout d'abord nous avons bénéficié d'un temps idéal . Cette maison qui est située à 10 mn à pied du centre de Noirmoutier par un petit chemin et à la meme distance de la plage des sableaux nous a permis de tout faire à pied ce qui est très agréable pour les citadins que nous sommes. L'endroit est très calme et bucolique. La maison est bien équipée rien à dire. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une amie des propriétaires , charmante et sympathique.

Emplacement exceptionnel

La maison est très bien placée, proche mer et village. Au calme car au fond d’une impasse, très appréciable. On peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Le matériel est un peu vétuste et nécessiterait d’être renouvelé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Maison située dans un environnement tres agréable, le calme est au rendez vous. Bien equipee, sauf la taille des lits simples peu adaptes aux adultes. Mais nous avons vraiment apprecie l excellent accueil et la gentilesse des proprietaires. Merci !
