"The property is in a great location, right across the street from a Woolworths for easy groceries. The home has everything you need. We weren't without anything domestically. There is ample space in the property! Being able to be housed on landing with our cat was such a weight off our shoulders. Highly recommend for a family in need of reasonable, spacious accommodation which is central!"

"Breakfast and free parking is a bonus . Basic motel . Toilet basin stand is too low , you need to bend your back to use it . Tap is not fixed onto the basin properly , it swivel when you use it . The distance difference between the basin and tap is too shallow . No power plug beside any of the bed. And the light switch control all lights . Either you ON all the lights or OFF all the light only . No way to choose which lights to off"

"While the shower, kitchen, master bedroom were nice, the remaining items were well below standards.The floor in the hallway between the kitchen and the shower, creaks when you walk on it.The laundry room needs a dryer, since the outside clothes line was covered by an overgrown tree above.The toilet room (and laundry room) looks to be part of the original house??, where a foul water oder seems to be coming from.There is a small hole in the side of the house where someone put a chrome vertical lamp in front of. It looks to be in the old part of the house (laundry room / toilet) area. The reason it’s mentioned is because we saw a medium size roach come from that location.The general outside of the house (fence, wood deck, stairs) are in need of repair.When I re-looked at the listing I see only 2 reviews.I suspect that others have found similar issues??Perhaps you may want to de-list this property until repairs are made.We felt it was definitely not worth the price we paid."

"We recently stayed in Sarah’s Bateman retreat and it was comfortable, clean and very quiet. All things I value when trying to find accommodation away from home.The apartment is located at the back of the main house/block, so don’t think you’ve rocked up at the wrong place :) Would definitely stay again and appreciate Sarah’s quick responses and thorough information on check in. "

"Host was welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is not as described in the advertisement. It is part of the main house that has been closed off. The little fridge froze our food, no wine as per advertisement. Small and quite hot, no access to air conditioner to make it more comfortable."
