Suite was very clean, service was excellent.
We didn’t like being pushed to buy a drink just to see the iconic sky bar. Paying for a suite should allow you to freely spend time around the sky bar regardless of whether you want to purchase a drink or not. That’s the only negative.

Fantastic staff, especially the breakfast crew and the omelette guy . Front desk was efficient in extending our stay and with local suggestions and recommendations. Room was super quiet and the hospitality workers were timely and thorough. I would stay here again for sure. Thanks to the whole staff.

"The first room had many cockroaches in the bathroom- we immediately switched rooms and the next room had a much newer bathroom- BUT there was blood all o er the toilet seat and hair left in the shower drain. It was so disgusting. My husband had to clean the bathroom for us- I have never experienced ..."
