Few steps from the best snorkeling area Beach CATALINA COVE on Aruba and 2 min. by walk wonderful sandy beach Arashi.

BEACH WHITE VILLA ARUBA is located in front of 3 beaches, at the highest point of the most prestigious residential area on Aruba, which is Arashi.
The LOCATION is by the finest beaches which are Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove
(which is the best snorkeling area on aruba) and the Arashi Beach has crystal clear water and white sand. Our house is located 1.5 miles away from the high-rise hotels which is the area with all the tourist attractions so we are in a calm location. One of the most popular diving locations which is the Antilla ship Wreck can be seen from the house our house is also about 1 mile away from the windsurfing, kite-surfing, and different kind of water sport area. Also the first Casinos are located about 1.5 miles away from the house.
The private 3rd floor residence is (170 m2 = 1.550 it has a separate entry, a big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , huge terrace, fully furnished, air conditioning and a flat screen TV in every room. A gorgeous patio that can be used for BBQ, dining and even showering offers a magnificent view over the hotel entertainment areas and beaches.


Apartment has 5 seconds beach distance, airconditioning, towels, flatscreen television, free Wifi, free use of telephone for local calls and full furnished kitchen with everything you will need. The only thing you have to do is bring your own groceries. We rent also snorkeling gear and beach chairs for guests.

We can arrange for you Segway tours, Seebob tours, car rental and reccomend restaurants around. You can find big Grocery called Superfood 5min by car. Restaurants and shoping mall also few minutes by car.

Great place to stay near 2 beaches

Needed to pick up a few extra nights to stay-Great place for that.We had everything we needed.Viola was great -he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The 2 beaches within walking distance were great. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic Stay

The only thing I would suggest to add is the address to the listing. We had to GPS to Boca Catalina Beach and find the location from the pictures.

Simply, magically, lovely.

This is a fantastic site. It’s just across the street from great snorkeling. When we weren’t snorkeling, or sit seeing we were relaxing in the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for a big group. All the bedrooms were well air conditioned which we appreciated during our mid May stay. The kitchen was great with huge arched widows that opened to a nice outdoor breeze every morning. And I can’t say enough about the outdoor deck. Absolutely magic. We spent most of our evenings enjoying ourselves hanging out there. The place was very clean and, contrary to prior reviews, we never saw an insect the entire time. Our hosts were awesome and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Apt. C

The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. It had everything we needed and we love that beach. It has has a nice outside area including a table in private shaded area and a small pool. We also enjoyed the outside showers.

Nice hideaway

The rental was exactly what it says it was. It was literally walking distance to Arashi beach and snorkeling across the street. The place was very clean and I would definitely stay here again. It was just a 2 night stay bc we extended our vacation while in Aruba.

We loved Beachwhitevilla

We loved everything about this apartment. We especially loved the location as we could walk to the beach multiple times per day. This apartment offers so much privacy and includes a large outdoor covered area with a huge picnic table and also an uncovered area to lay out in the sun. The king size bed was comfy and we slept well with A/C on. We used the kitchen a lot. It has a nice big fridge and a nice stove. We could easily stay here much longer than 9 days, and we plan to stay here again next time we visit the beautiful island of Aruba. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Nice and clean unit-Comfy bed

We had a great stay and are going back soon. The location was perfect for us and we loved the outside shady eating area. They are working on the outside maintenance of the grounds. It would great if they removed the very worn fabric over the canopy. Other than that, we were happy campers!

The towels and sheets were so hard I had to use my own beach towel after I got out of the shower. you need to start using fabric softener. I have it was like I was exfoliating my body when I dried myself.

Best location for beautiful Arashi beach

We have been coming to Aruba for 20 years but this is our first time in the Arashi area. It is so different from the high rise area. We love the beach, we can snorkel right into the water everyday. We were in apt C the first week and there is only A/c in the bedroom. It was hot cooking dinner. Everything was clean and a very comfortable bed. I would instead suggest Apt A for the outdoor kitchen and lovely eating area. I would definitely return. The upstairs is lovely.

From the photographs and property details, we expected this “beach” apartment to be right on the beach. We were disappointed to find it was not on the beach. It is at the rear end of a building, which itself is located on the opposite (inland) side of the coastal road. The apartment - especially the kitchen is well equipped.

Great place by the beach

This was our second stay, this time in Apt. C in the back of the house, lower level. We love this place because it is a 30 second walk from the beach, near one of the best snorkeling spots in Aruba. We were lucky and had 4 days of calm seas and clear water. The last two days we walked to Tres Trapi (about 10 mins) and floated back to the North end of Boca Catalina with the current. Saw lots of turtles near Tres Trapi, lots of fish along Boca Catalina. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay, but the 3 best things are location, location, location! Note that there is a parrot (Macaw?) that makes all kinds of interesting noises. It quiets down at night, not a problem. Probably can't even hear it from the other apartments.

You get what you pay for.

This site is a bit misrepresented. They show a picture of the proximity of the site to the ocean that depicts it is just steps away. It is farther than that and you can’t clearly even see it. It is across the street and down the road. There is only AC in the bedroom which leaked condensation on my pillow. The tiny kitchen got very warm, and the oven did not work. There is no table; you can only sit outside. The unit needs a a major update. Very used linens and the towels are very rough. The tiny bathroom is odd. The sink is freestanding in the middle with no counter. Thankfully the bedroom had enough outlets and a mirror for after a shower. I was very disappointed upon arriving, but we made the best of it and thankfully spent most of the day out and about. It is nice to be able to come home at the end of the day to a comfortable place though. This was not that.

Perfect Accomodations

My wife and I stayed in Apt C 19-26 Jan 2019. Apt C is on the ground level, on the backside of the actual house (BeachWhite Villa), and as such was very quiet/private. Veronika replied quickly to all our initial questions, and met us upon arrival to walk thru the accommodations and was very helpful. Walking distance to Arashi and Boca Catilina beaches, but recommend a rental car if you want to explore/shop/eat out. We had great meals at Moomba Beach, Gianni's, Wacky Wahoo's, California Lighthouse....and HIGHLY RECOMMEND breakfast at the Dutch Pancake House. Weather was stable, high 81/low 78, ZERO bugs. AC/WIFI/TV worked fine in Apt C, kitchen had all essential items. Property was clean/parking space provided. You have to cross a small street (not busy) to get to the premier snorkel spot on Aruba. This is the second time we have stayed at BeachWhite Villa and Viola/Veronika will see us again. Beats staying at any of Aruba's overcrowded hotels.
