We had a great stay at this condo. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, cooking essentials, and laundry. The location is excellent, close to everything and very easy to get around. Parking was simple and convenient, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had a nice time in Gold Coast. We had a few issues when we arrived with AC and lighting which were quickly rectified by staff. All in all the overall experience was good. They did have work ongoing at main pool by restaurant, not sure how long it’ll be down, other two pools were open and nice. Would recommend for stay, large unit and clean with beach accessories to use.

Staff was amazing. Very responsive. I like gold coast. Very safe and well located. The unit itself was nice and very comfortable. My only negatives would relate to construction near the unit and the super loud garbage trucks that come at 3 am on Friday mornings. Also, they are working on irrigation and it smells like sewage for an hour or two. Finally, we couldn't really figure out AC units. They were modern and quiet, but the fan was on at all times. Maybe we could have adjusted it better, but there are no instructions on site. It sounds like a lot of negatives, but we are going back to Gold Coast next year for same period of time. Bocobay is a great property management co, but it does make stay a little more expensive.
