Staff was curtious… Wish they had more activities around the pool. Wish we were told one of the pools would be closed our partner visit and wish the breakfast buffet had more to offer.

The staff did an excellent job cleaning and stocking the rooms. The towels had a lovely clean smell and the shampoo, shower gel and lotion from Crabtree were lovely. Our waiter at The Laguna, Alex was amazing. He remembered us from day to day anticipated our needs and gave us wonderful advice and information about the island. Wonderful, wonderful staff and facilities!

Staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great beach. You can reserve palapas for as little as $30/day. It’s a large resort (and we were there for Christmas week) and it never felt crowded. Never hasd to wait more than minute or 2 for a breakfast table.

Great property and staff. The ongoing construction was barely noticeable (we stayed in Aruba tower). Food options were great and the location was optimal.
