Great location and service for a family trip, easily walkable to restaurants and shops nearby Palm Beach. The rooms are pretty basic rooms that you would find at any Hyatt property, but you are more so paying for the amenities and location.

Went there with our 2 kids and everything was 100% to our liking. Food, service, cleanlines, etc. The hotel is conveniently located in the mist of everything but we were never bother by any noise outside. Aruba is our go to vacation place now.

The best experience!! We loved everything about this hotel. All of the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Rooms were beautiful and the housekeeping coming every day was amazing. The view from our room on the 9th floor was to die for!! We spent lunch every day at the balashi bar and not only the staff but the drinks there were amazing. Ruins Del Mar was one of the best meals we had all trip. Make sure to reserve your palapas ahead of time and be down at the towel hut by 9:00am to claim them. Will definitely be back!!

Hyatt was good and family friendly service was good only thing didnt like was restorant in resorts expensive 10dollar bottles 24a burger water and foods not good cooking with overuse oils
