Kaikushi is very clean, well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. It felt very warm and inviting and you were eager to arrive back from a full day of activities to relax in peace and tranquility at the pool and outside areas. Maya was extremely helpful and courteous providing recommendations and any information we needed. Looking forward to our next trip!

The property is immaculate. Very clean and new. Lots of amenities, such as shampoo and shower gel, beach towels, and beach chairs. Nice pool with poolside lounge chairs that are comfortable. Although close to a busy street, you do not hear any noise due to concrete walls, and doors and windows are high quality and seal well. Air conditioning throughout kept us cool in the 38 degrees. Short drive to grocery store, Eagle beach, and Palm beach areas and many restaurants. Maya responded quickly to any questions and kept in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again.

We celebrated my birthday here in August 2025 and I can’t wait to come back. Maya could not have been more helpful. Whatever we requested she accommodated. The property is clean, the pool is wonderful and the units are just the right size! We recommend renting a car as they are close to two main beaches and grocery store. If you’re in doubt don’t wait to book, you won’t be disappointed.👍

Key factors of this beautiful home….. close to a supermarket. Close to a car rental place. Close to a lot all while being in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of privacy and solitude. The property itself was great. Very clean and a nice swimming pool. The instructions were clear on how to access property and they also help with taxi numbers and rental car service if needed. About a 5-6 min drive from palm beach. I just wish it was in walking distance of restaurants and shops. No fault of theirs however. Overall, no complaints!

This property was beyond my expectations. It was clean the communication when we needed them for something was top-notch. It was safe and it was quiet. The rooms were amazing and not dated at all. There’s really nothing negative. I can say about this place. The housekeeper was amazing and attentive and the pool was nice and clean. Super food was nearby very close. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

Kaikushi is a wonderful place to stay in Aruba. Great communication before and throughout our visit. The check-in procedure is emailed in advance and is very straightforward. It’s spacious, very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning is terrific. Tineke was very helpful and housekeeping is top-notch. Plenty of bath and beach towels available. There is free parking. Super Foods is an easy 5 minute drive and Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are also a short drive away. The pool and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained. Book it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kaikushi in Aruba, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and local charm. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning ensured we stayed cool in the tropical climate. The location was ideal – close enough to all the popular attractions, but far enough to enjoy peace and privacy. The outdoor spaces, including the pool and garden, were serene and beautifully maintained. We spent hours relaxing under the palm trees and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The staff at Kaikushi went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with recommendations for activities, dining, and transportation. We had a wonderful stay at Kaikushi. The property was very clean and incredibly spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated having two sets of beach towels plus plenty of bathroom towels. Beach chairs were provided, which was amazing, and the AC worked perfectly. The home also had an iron, shower gel, shampoo, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Parking for our rental car was easy. The host checked in with us throughout the stay and even offered complimentary cleaning twice. Highly recommend!

Our second stay at Kaikushi was great, location is perfect near Palm Beach. Stayed in the apartment #2 with pool/hot tub right outside our room. Will be staying here every trip to Aruba. Maya responds quickly to any questions/requests you may have. Would recommend taxi compared to renting a car, they show up within 5 minutes every call. Nothing but great things to say about Kaikushi.
