We are situated in the northern part of the island in the beautiful, quiet and secure residential area of Boroncana, taking in perfect nature views and relaxing ocean breezes.

Upon arriving at Chikita Villas you will immediately notice that we had a lot of fun and were very passionate about creating this project for our guest.
We wanted to make sure, that as soon as you step in to our development you feel and notice the tranquility and energy surrounding our day to day lives.
