This is a beautiful One Bedroom Condo and you will not regret staying in this beautiful place.

Other things to note:
PalmAruba is located in Palm Beach's main avenue which connects the high-rise hotel area with the Noord District.

Best Beaches are less than a 3/4 mile away. Restaurants, nightlife, and shopping malls within walking distance of the Post office, banks, supermarkets, drugstores, medical center, church, and police station. Close to the high-rise hotel area and touristic activities.

ATTENTION:
Painting Project:
From September 1st – September 30th 2024, exterior painting of north and south tower will be carried out. From Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Pool will remain open however please take note that scaffolds and maintenance crew will be around during the work hours which may result in noise/loud.
