Everything was as advertised, no disappointments. Turibana Plaza makes an excellent base for exploration of the island, you do need a car to get around and explore. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day of chasing around, we had it to ourselves several times. Try Cafe 080 for a meal within walking distance and Yen Yen Bar and Restaurant for Chinese take out. Enjoy.

The room was nice and clean. A little noisy in the evening from motorcycles and people beeping their horn. A few medium and small iguanas and lizards hanging around. Nice place to stay if your going to make some of your own food to save a buck. Pool is kept up.

Pay for what you get I guess! It was extremely noisy. The bathroom smelt like sewer that was so overpowering when walking in. The door to hallway was not sealed properly so any noice came right through. Didn’t feel very safe here.

Not a fancy hotel, but we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable. Full size kitchen with coffee maker, toaster oven, pots etc. to prepare a quick breakfast. Two beach chairs and a cooler are a great addition. Short drive to supermarkets and beaches. A car is a must. Overall great value for the price. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It is decent and cost effective. It works well if you have a rental car. It is really hard to get taxi in the evening especially during peak season such as post Christmas.

If you're driving, everything is close by - beaches, groceries, restaurants, shopping and all other amenities. property is updated and in good condition. Plenty of parking available. Added beach chairs and cooler is a great thoughtful amenity from the hotel. helps to enjoy ice cold drinks on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Great budget property in Aruba. Conveniently located within driving distance of every popular attraction around Palm Beach, Noord and Eagle beach. You absolutely need a vehicle if staying at this location. Very comfortable beds with easy access. I hated that the front coded gates were not always locked - This made me feel uneasy leaving any kind of valuable behind as there is no attendant anywhere and the security cameras only cover certain areas. I had a question day one and texted the WhatsApp number provided. I’m on the plane back home and I’ve yet to get a response. I’m glad we didn’t have any issues during our stay but the poor communication leads be to believe I’d have to fend for myself in the event of a mishap. I would stay here again but I would make arrangements to ensure I can take care of my own issues including finding anything of relevant value back home. For the price and comforts, this place is absolutely perfect.

Just ok… will definitely pass in the future!
We needed 4 nights mid-trip and landed here. The room was clean and had almost everything we would need, except a major missing item any hotel room should have- a safe. I do not recall if the room stated there would be one when I booked but we were majorly disappointed when we realized there wasn’t one. I reached out to the hosts asking about it and never received a response. On our 2nd night we arrived back to the hotel with more luggage and there was no power to that part of the island so we were completely locked out of the building as the exterior doors need to be opened electronically with a keypad code. I messaged and called numerous times to see if there was someone to come physically unlock the doors and never received a response. So here we are with luggage and food just sitting outside the building. My friend went in search of someone and found a kind woman (housekeeper?) who had keys. She unlocked the doors and left the latch open so the doors would stay open. The doors were still unsecured 2 days later when we left. The beds are TERRIBLY uncomfortable and the pillows are so bad!! The tv was all in Spanish and we couldn’t figure it out, thankfully I had a Firestick. The room size was fine for 2 adults and the pool was GREAT! I wish it had railings to aid in entering/exiting but my friend was there to help me. The stairs were a real pain for bringing luggage in and out, a kind man helped us at checkout. Likely wouldn’t stay again. Hosts need better communication!

the property was clean and a great location. we didn’t get to use the pool but they were cleaning it every morning as we were on our way out for the day. it looked very nice! one thing i wish was easier was being able to get ahold of someone for more sheets and towels and such things… i tried to send and email got no reply and tried to add the number on what’s app and said it wasn’t a number and i had to relay on running into a worker in the morning to ask for more paper towels, shower towels and garbage bags. other then that minor issue our stay was great and we will absolutely be back.

Turibana deserves more stars. For the price, it was exactly what we needed for this trip. Self checkin was easy peasy and the apartment was super clean with modern finishes. They even included little thoughtful amenities like beach chairs and a cooler which helped us save some cash at the beach.

The apartment was perfect for our needs except the shower stall was too small. We were very upset because the day before we were flying to Aruba we had not yet received the information for checking in. When I sent them a WhatsApp message I did not get a response. When I called I was told that I should have been sent that information by her partner that manages that property but that she would send me the information right now. 3 hours later we still did not receive the information, I called and did not get an answer this time. I started to get anxious and panic about what was going to happen when we got to Aruba the next morning. Finally at 9pm we were given the information. When we got to the apartment the whole place looked like it was under construction. Workers started coming to the complex between 7-730am and all of the noise echoes so there was no sleeping late on our vacation.

I was disappointed by the condition of the property. The room was okay. The bed was very uncomfortable and sits very low. The property is under renovation. The owner should warn prospective customers before collecting our money. The loud noise from construction was very disturbing. Overall my stay was okay!

The place is nice and quiet. You will have your own privacy. The cleaning ladies are very nice and will help you if you have questions. The inside of the studio is very clean and simple. Perfect for a single or couple's trip. An inside door lock can be installed for added safety. I'll give this a 9/10

Happy with our stay
We enjoyed the stay. Liked that it had a full kitchen and refrigerator. We had the King with balcony view. The balcony has a rack to dry clothes. The property has a self service apartment style to it which means no daily room service, which we were okay with. The only negative thing i can say was that our bathroom had a sewer smell that didn’t go away even after leaving the door open and we did not have an air freshener to mask the smell for a while. The pool area is very clean and nice to enjoy with a bbq and hammock. It’s also very close to the hot touristy spot with waterfront hotels and restaurants.

1st. Jawon was the best... He really helped when ever I needed and checked on me throughout my stay. 2nd the room was clean, as expected, spacious, and loved the views of the mountains. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool. But loved where i stayed.

La estadía estuvo perfecta! Todo muy limpio, aire acondicionado, las camas muy cómodas,la cocina completa, el baño limpio con muchas toallas extras y también hay una caja fuerte, una plancha, un secador de pelo y sillas con un cooler para la playa la zona es muy tranquila y hay panaderías cerca, todo esta cerca en auto. Vale la pena si tu viaje es explorar la isla y solo volver a descansar este es el lugar perfecto!

Convenient location. Only about 15 minutes from airport. Room was clean and kitchen well stocked. Had everything we needed. I would suggest an additional lock, like a deadbolt or a latch lock. Do away with the bedskirt, it's a hazard. Slipped on it a couple times. Bathroom had shower gel and shampoo in the shower, cooler and beach chairs in the room. Staff was awesome. Gave us some great places to check out, communicated by email and Whatsapp. If you are a light sleeper, get a room on the inside, away from the street. We loved out balcony, but you do hear the cars going by. Would definitely stay here again.. Price was great. Walkable local restaurants and bars nearby.

I was hesitant to book this property but after reading the reviews I decided to book. Our first night we had to stay in a different room due to someone else getting the same room. The next day we moved to the correct room. This property is very clean and the rooms are nice. I stayed in the king bed room with a sofa bed. I do recommend renting a car if you stay here.

It's close to everything if you have a car which you need in Aruba if you're planning on exploring beyond the tourist hotels or staying longer than a few days. The rooms are clean and safe.

The apartment was pretty small our biggest concern was the bathroom the way the shower head is facing they only had a curtain to cover and so much water would get on the floor. We contacted them to have someone clean the room no one ended up coming but they did leave towels later on. It is a very small apartment we had gotten no windows no view of anything. It’s a bit outdated the apartment.
