"A really nice hotel in certain Rotterdam a few metres from lots of art galleries and cafes& restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Great views of the city. Staff were friendly and the bread buffet was excellent. Would happily return."

"The hotel located 7-10 minutes from central train station. Great location and walking distance to the city center. The tram in front of the hotel. Friendly reception and good breakfast. Unfortunately no safe. Would definitely come again."

"Young guy at check-in was very efficient and helpful....corner studio apartment on the 7th floor was really nice.....great views and plenty of living space.....fittings and equipment are all hi-specification (Allesi...Miele...etc). Location couldn't be better...handy for all the shops and a supermarket, ..."

"These guys did not provide any bedding for one of our guests, meaning they had to sleep with no sheets. Then when I left my mobile phone with them they refused to send it on to an address in the Netherlands unless I paid the shipping, given how let down we were having been left to sleep in the cold ..."
