"This is a light filled, beautiful modern property, excellently located. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, with just the right amount of different items each day to keep it interesting."

"I fell in love with this hotel and it's kind loving staff! First let me tell you about the hotel. It's brand new, with amazing view of the city. The rooms are nicely furnished with great balcony that over look the city. It's close to everything and they accomidates me at 3 in the morning for checkin since they have 24x7 reception. Second the breakfast is awesome and they make a great Armenian coffee ☕ Third and most importantly the staff made this place like home. It was my birthday and as you can see based on the images we all celebrated at 11:30 in morning with cake, fruits, candle, birthday hat and some good Armenian liquor that was provided for a small toast. It was a perfect birthday with true Armenian hospitality on display. I am checking out of the hotel today but I left my heart at Sunset Apart-hotel. See you next time and thank you for your wonderful and kind hospitality. Made my stay very special."
