Allgemeiner Zusatnd

Der Zustand der Ferienwohnungen ist alles andere als schön. Wir waren mit mehreren Familien in mehreren Wohnungen unterwegs wobei eine Familie sogar umgezogen ist wegen dem schlechten Zustand der Wohnung. Man konnte es bei der Buchung schon erahnen das die Ferienwohnungen alt und mit einer zusammengewürfelten Ausstattung vorzufinden sind. Man merkt das die Wohnungen nur verwaltet werden und nicht mit einem persönlichen Stempel eingerichtet sind. Leider fällt es da schwer sich wohl zu fühlen.

Um in das hintere Schlafzimmer zu kommen, muss man duch das erste Schlafzimmer durchgehen was immer Störend war. An sonsten ist an dieser Wohnung nichts auszusetzen.

Es waren im Bad nicht mal 4 Handtuch- halter. Die Schlafzimmer boten keine Ablage. Im 2 Schlafzimmer war der Schrank vollgepackt mit Betten u.Kissen. Angeboten war Whg. für 4 erwachsene Personen. 2 Personen mussten immer durch das andere Schlafzimmer gehen. Außerdem war im 2 Schlafzimmer noch Reinigungsgeräte abgestellt. Das kann nicht gemütlich sein. Die Kaffeemaschine musste immer zum befüllen auf den Herd gestellt werden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Die Wohnung war insgesammt o.k. aber das Internet funktionierte fast gar nicht. Leider kein Backofen und auch kein Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer rein funktional ohne dekorative Elemente.

Gute Lage, aber etwas heruntergekommen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut, die Größe und Aufteilung ist für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr gut geeignet (ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer). Leider ist die Wohnung schon etwas heruntergekommen. Ein Rolladen war defekt und die Kühlschranktür ließ sich nicht mehr richtig schließen. Außerdem riecht es im Treppenhaus recht streng. Die Reinigung bei der Ankunft war leider auch nicht wirklich ordentlich. Auf dem Balkon stand ein großes Glas voll mit Zigarettenkippen.
