Residenz am Deich/Norddeich

Von der Residenz sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Aussicht auf den Deich und das Meer ist toll, dass ist aber auch alles. Die Wohnung war bei Bezug sehr unsauber, Fliesen in der Küche, Dreheinrichtung Küchen Unterschrank voller Kaffeeflecken, Dunstabzug verschmiert, Balkon und Stühle mit Vogelkot bedeckt, den Balkon haben wir täglich abschrubben müssen, sonst hätten wir ihn nicht betreten können. Die Polstermöbel müssten dringen gereinigt werden. Was uns auch sehr gestört hat, war das der Staubsauber, Besen, Schrubber und Sonnenschirm im Wohnraum offen abgestellt sind. Auf Wunsch können wir ihnen Fotos übersenden. Unter einer Residenz hatten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt und für diesen Betrag hätten wir bestimmt eine bessere Wohnung in Norddeich bekomme.

Der Ausblick herrlich, die Größe der Wohnung ist gut. Auch zu zweit hätte man ausreichend Platz und bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es sich bei einem schönen Buch auf der Empore bequem machen. Ich habe gut in den Betten geschlafen. Es ist zwar etwas rustikal, dafür aber bequem und sauber.Das Einzige was mir persönlich gefallen hätte, wäre W-Lan, ein kleiner Backofen und ein Eierkocher. Ansonsten war ich wirklich sehr zufrieden und werde bestimmt dort nochmals meinen Urlaub verbringen.

Ausschlaggebende Lage

Lage top, gut per Zug erreichbar. Leider muss man Schlüssel jedoch bahnhofsfern holen und abgeben. Betten schlecht (angeblich neue Matratze zu groß fürs Bett, daher liegt man krumm) und Sauberkeit im Bad ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Keine Abhilfe trotz Beschwerde zu Beginn des Aufenthalts. In Küche war da, was gebraucht wurde. Und in Willkommenskarton waren T-Papier und Spültücher.

rundum zufrieden

sehr geschmackvolle, saubere, geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht (bis auf W-LAN und vielleicht 1 Fön). Super Aussicht. Und am faszinierendsten - diese unendlichen Ablageflächen im Bad. Einziger Nachteil: 3. Etage ohne Aufzug, aber tiefer ist halt die Aussicht nicht so toll.

Ich hatte diese Wohnung als Ersatz für meine gebuchte Ferienwohnung Schwalbennest 2 in Norddeich ( Bad komplett mit starkem Schimmelbefall) erhalten. Hier war ich rundum zufrieden. Sehr gemütlich und sauber, würde ich jederzeit wieder gerne buchen.

Schöne Wohnung , aber Möbeln könnten erneuert werd

Es lag keine Beschreibung da Zecks WLAN mussten wir uns erst besorgen , die Antwort des Mitarbeiter war ist eh kein Empfang in der Wohnung , aber es war 100 Prozent Empfang . Es lagen auch keine Prospekte in der Wohnung wo man mal schauen konnte was man unternehmen könnte .

Störfaktor: das Schrankbett, aber nicht die Matratze sondern links, rechts und in der Mitte von der Fussseite störte ein ca 15x 12 cm Holzteil. 4x dagegen gestoßen. Zum Glück kein Zehenbruch oder Sonstiges. Kein Geschirrspüler. Sonst alles Super.

Gute Aussicht und Lage, Bett sehr mangelhaft

Durchgelegene Sprungfedermatratzen, die sich bereits an allen Ecken hoch gebogen hatten, außerdem war jede Feder zu spüren. Lattenrost ebenfalls defekt. Der überlaute Lüfter im Bad hat das Wohlbefinden ebenfalls beeinträchtigt. Der Kühlschrank ließ sich nur sehr schwer schliessen und schepperte zwischendurch.

Schönes Appartment mit einmaliger Aussicht

Das Appartment ist in der dritten Etage eine Wohnanlage. Die Wohnanlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett ist ein Schrankbett die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Im Schlafzimmer riecht es nach alten Leuten was beides nicht angenehm war. Hier sollte nochmal investiert werden in ein neues Bett und gute Matratzen. Die Aussicht auf den Deich und die Nordsee ist super schön. Sonst ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Küche hat keinen Backofen. Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Norddeich fahren sollten, dann werden wir sicher versuchen nochmal diese Unterkunft zu bekommen.

Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist einmalig. Bis auf einen Backofen ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für zwei Personen ist der Platz mehr als ausreichend. Hätten uns einen Essplatz im Wohnzimmer gewünscht. Ansonsten alles tippitoppie.
