Eschenhaus - Family-friendly vacation home with large garden

This family-friendly, detached holiday home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Norden, heading towards Norddeich.

With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, this comfortable home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people (+ 1 toddler). One bedroom with a double bed and a closet is located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a baby cot, and one with two single beds) are located on the upper floor. There is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower on each floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living area with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV. Adjacent to this is the dining table with six chairs, as well as the very well-equipped kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, dishes, and silverware (12-piece set)).

A washing machine is also available for your use free of charge.

The patio is furnished with patio furniture and a grill. Adjacent to the southeast-facing patio is a large meadow with four tall ash trees (hence the name “Eschenhaus”). There is also a garden shed with a handcart and ample space for bicycles you bring along.

In front of the house, there are 2 parking spaces (one behind the other); a washing machine is available in the storage room.

Out of consideration for all guests, we ask that you do not smoke inside the house. A large ashtray is available on the patio. We also ask that you do not bring any pets.

Additionally, fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available. (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)

The prices are valid for up to 4 people; a surcharge of 5 euros per night will be charged for each additional person (max. 6).

Next to this house are the two accommodation “Freia en Uli” and “Ohlig,” which can be booked in addition if needed.

The holiday home is located in Norden, one of the oldest towns in East Frisia, which captivates visitors with its maritime atmosphere and historic buildings. Centrally located, the property offers quick access to the North Sea coast and the popular coastal resort town of Norddeich, with its sandy beach, seal sanctuary, and ferry connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are within easy reach, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike rides and mudflat hikes. An ideal location for exploring the diversity of East Frisia and enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
