Exclusive comfortable for 6-dog house with design furnishings, WiFi, beach chair

Our double house (dog house) is 300 m from the dike.
It has a 10 m² solar area, which ensures both underfloor heating and hot water preparation in a bivalent storage tank. The house is windproof, the windows have triple glazing filled with inert gas. All windows have electric blinds. In addition to 6 smoke detectors (from a German manufacturer), the house has triple locking and a walled-in safe for your valuables. All floors are tiled, only a low-allergy linoleum floor has been installed in the roof studios. A radiator there provides heat. Our exclusive holiday home has numerous products that have received the “Reddot” design award. The living room (28 m²) is bright, a tasteful, spacious corner couch for 6 people with a table and a view of the large flat screen (40 “) invites you to relax.

Tolles Haus für Hund und Mensch
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Bernern zum ersten Mal im der Deichvilla und waren total überrascht, das man mit Hunden in Strandnähe Urlaub machen kann, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Hier stimmt alles, das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung , der eingezäunte Garten war super für die Hunde und das Auto stand geschützt in der Garage. Herr Häusler war sehr bemüht, das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der große Hundestrand in Norddeich ist eine Klasse für sich und vom Haus aus sind es nur 3Min bis dort hin. Wenn man mit Hunden Urlaub machen möchte und auf Komfort nicht verzichten möchte, sind sie in der Deichvila genau richtig Wir freuen uns schon auf die 14 Tage im Juni Sabine und Friedhelm Schürmann mit Ikarus und Kalle

Urlaub mit Hund
Nach unserer Anreise bekamen wir durch den Vermieter eine einstündige Einweisung bezüglich unseres gemieteten Objektes. Der Vermieter wohnte im Nebenhaus, somit war eine tägliche Kommunikation möglich. Eine gemeinsame Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Garage war möglich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden durch den Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Zu dem Haus gehörte ein eingezäunter Garten mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarn, in dem sich unser Hund sehr wohl fühlte. Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen großen Fernseher, den wir abends als Familie genutzt haben. In den Schlafzimmern gab es keine TV Geräte. Das WLan funktionierte im Erdgeschoss einwandfrei, in der ersten Etage in den Schlafräumen dagegen war dieses sehr schwach. Ein Empfang über mobile Daten (E-Plus und Vodafone) war fast gar nicht möglich. In der Küche gab es einen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Im Abstellraum kam es zusätzlich eine kleine separate Tiefkühltruhe. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unseren täglichen Morgenkaffee nicht mehr auf der Terrasse genießen, da die Gartenmöbel bereits weggeräumt wurden. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Deich und vom Hundestrand entfernt. Alles in allem war der Urlaub entspannt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Familienurlaub mit Hund
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht für das Wohl seiner Gäste. Die Lage ist super, wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei und konnten den Hundestrand in Kürze erreichen und auch sehr gut nutzen. Für uns war das Haus mit Garten und die Lage optimal, wenn Nordsee, dann gerne wieder hier. Wir machten auch einige Ausflüge in der Gegend und das Wetter hat natürlich auch fast immer mitgespielt.

Alles Bestens
Wir waren 1 Woche im Haus von Herrn Häusler und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für die Kinder war alles da und der eingezäunte Garten ist für den Hund ebenfalls ideal. Herr Häusler ist sehr auf das Wohl und die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste bedacht, sodass man sich dort wirklich sehr willkommen fühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen, absolute Empfehlung!
