We welcome you to this cosy townhouse in a quiet area in Norddeich, just a few hundred metres from the dike and the beach!

On the ground floor of the house, directly off the entryway, you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window, as well as the kitchen, which—with its amenities (including a refrigerator with freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster) leaves virtually nothing to be desired. The space continues into the spacious living and dining area with a sofa and armchair facing the TV. Here you’ll also find a stereo system and a dining table with five chairs and a high chair for younger guests. From here, you can step out into the small garden with a furnished patio (table, 4 chairs, umbrella, 2 lounge chairs).

Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 0.90 m mattresses), a wardrobe, a radio, a changing table, a cot, and an optional safety rail. The second bathroom features a bathtub and a skylight. In another room, you’ll find two comfortable armchairs and plenty of reading material. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is located in the converted attic.

The storage room on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board. All windows are equipped with shutters, most of which are electric.

Up to two dogs are welcome in this house upon prior notice and payment; smoking is not permitted.

A lockable storage room for bicycles is available on the property. One parking space is available; an additional car can be parked on the street (parking bays).

For this holiday rental, we can offer you a daily regional bread roll delivery service. You will receive further information and prices with your booking confirmation.

The neighbouring house is called “Seerobbe,” should you need more space.

The holiday home is located in Norddeich, one of the most popular coastal towns on the East Frisian North Sea coast. In a quiet yet central location, it offers quick access to the sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and attractions such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses. The nearby ferry terminal makes it easy to take trips to the islands of Norderney and Juist. The surrounding dikes and bike paths invite you to take long tours through the expansive countryside. An ideal starting point for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to experience the North Sea up close.
