Living/dining room with open kitchen (51 sqm), featuring a wood-burning stove, seating area with 2 three-seater sofas, 2 wingback chairs and stools, height-adjustable coffee table with extendable leaves, dining table with extendable leaves for 12 people, large 4**** kitchen with every conceivable amenity, including 2 refrigerators, a freezer, a 5-burner gas range with a wok burner, a raised oven and microwave, a dishwasher, a seating area by the worktop, and much more.

Upper Floor: Bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, bathtub, and toilet; 3 bedrooms (19, 17, and 24 square metres in size), each equipped with a closet, table, and 2 chairs. Various games and exercise equipment are mounted on the wall. Central living area (26 square metres) with a mini-kitchen, sink, refrigerator, and coffee maker, a balcony, and space for a foosball table or a small ping-pong table.

All bedrooms have their own TV with a built-in DVD player. The living room features a large TV with a DVD player and Dolby Surround sound system. The entire house (low-energy home) is equipped with a controlled ventilation system that ensures a supply of fresh air in all rooms, even when the windows are closed. A unique feature of this holiday home is the wood-pellet central heating system, which, together with the solar panel system and the water-heating wood-burning stove in the living room, provides heating. Outside, there is a large wooden playground for children and a covered patio that can be shaded if needed.
