Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung direkt am Deich hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht! Alles ist sauber, liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet und die Hausverwaltung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, nur kleine Fußwege zu Restaurants, Läden und der Hauptstraße des Ortes. Das Meer mit Hundestrand ist direkt vor der Tür. Sogar ein Fahrradschuppen nur für die Wohnung steht zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher noch mal wieder!

Ich war von der liebevollen Einrichtung und Deko sehr begeistert. In der Küche ist nahezu alles enthalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und lange Abende auf dem tollen langen Balkon verbracht. Super war auch die Möglichkeit zu waschen im Gemeinschaftsraum was mit kleinem Kind schnell mal erforderlich wurde. Mit Spielplatz Deich Strandbar und Meer kann man als Familie sehr erholt urlauben. Die Lage ist einmalig. Man wohnt quasi direkt hinter dem Deich und ist mit wenigen Schritten am Strand. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz fürs Auto und eine eigene Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Die Wohnung ist frisch (2022 lt
Homepage) renoviert, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, und nett dekoriert. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles war sauber hergerichtet.
Die Ausstattung ist jedoch nicht besonders hochwertig. Insbesondere die Couch ist ziemlich unbequem. Der Balkon ist nicht renoviert, er ist, wie die gesamte Anlage, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkonmöbel sind allerdings neueren Datums. Vom Balkon aus schaut man über den Parkplatz auf den Deich (wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen); der Name der FeWo ist vllt mit einem Augenzwinkern zu verstehen. Das Badezimmer ist zweckmäßig; auch hier sowie beim Einbauschrank im Flur merkt man, trotz Renovierung, das Alter der Wohnung.
Der Kontakt zum Ferienkontor, insbesondere die beiden Damen, die vor Ort die Schlüsselübergabe organisieren, waren sehr nett und gut telefonisch erreichbar.
Der Preis ist eher im oberen Bereich angesiedelt. Preis-Leistung ist gerade noch okay (wo ist es nicht teurer geworden)
Also, alles in allem ganz nett und für unseren Kurzurlaub ganz gut geeignet.

Frisch renovierte Wohnung mit neuer Küche, guter Ausstattung und sehr schöner Einrichtung. Die Lage unmittelbar am Deich und dem schönen Weit-Blick ist toll. Gerne wieder.
