Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 19 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 10 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Sehr schönes, gepflegtes komfortables Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko war der instabile TV-Satellitenempfang.

Ein schönes, etwas abgelegenes Haus

Wir haben einen schönen Jahreswechsel im Ferienhaus Nilles verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Wohn-/Ferienhaussiedlung, in der man auf den Weg ins das Ortszentrum oder an den Strand besser mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und bietet viel Abwechslung, auch in dieser Jahreszeit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe, das Wohn-Esszimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es mangelte nur an wenigen Dingen, wie z.B. Handtuchhaken im unteren recht kleinen Bad oder auch in den Schlafräumen ene Gelegenheit zum Aufhängen oder Ablegen von Kleidung.

Top Ferienhaus etwas außerhalb

Das Ferienhaus ist top! Die Abwicklung war ebenfalls super. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. Allerdings ist das Haus so weit entfernt von Norddeich, dass man alles nur mit dem Auto erledigen kann und die Parkplatzsituation in Norddeich ist echt ätzend. Wir waren mit Hund hier und hatten ausschließlich Regen, sodass wir nach einer Woche vorzeitig abgereist sind. Aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Bei besserem Wetter, hätten wir auch im Garten sitzen und grillen können.

Ruhiges haus mit viel Platz

Ferienhaus Nilles ist ein grosses Haus mit grossen Betten in ruhiger Lage. Ein kleiner Spielplatz liegt direkt in der gleichen Sackgasse. Die Ausstattung war komplett, inkl einem grossen Kohle Grill. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto geht es in 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt, in 7 Minuten ist man am Norddreich Strand Parkplatz. Dieser ist mit 3 DC/AC Ladesäulen ausgestattet (mit Karten gut zu nutzen). Eine Ladesäule direkt am Haus wäre noch das iTüpfelchen an Komfort.

Es waren schöne Tage

Alles war sehr Sauber und wirkte auf den ersten Blick sehr Nobel. Auf dem zweiten Blick gab es zwar hier und da 'Gebrauchsspuren' die aber zu keiner Zeit ins störten und normal sind. Wir haben uns sofort sehr Wohl gefühlt und eine gute Zeit dort verbracht.
