The "Zur Werkstatt" holiday rental was completed in February 2020. This high-end, fully furnished holiday rental has everything you could want. Large windows at the entrance and on the terrace side create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open kitchen with a large dining area. The bright living area, featuring a modern sofa set, is perfect for cosy evenings spent relaxing or watching TV on the flat-screen TV. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the garden with a lawn for sunbathing. The bedrooms are on the upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 2 m; a large sheet is required), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV, and another bedroom with two single beds. The windows can be darkened using electric blinds. The name of the holiday rental has historical significance: the newly constructed building, which houses a total of three holiday rentals, was originally the old Prahst village blacksmith shop. The property also includes a 1,000-square-meter lot with mature trees. Bicycles can be stored in the adjacent bike shed. Wi-Fi is available!

The city of Norden and Norddeich are also a short drive away. Leybuchtpolder has 463 residents spread out over a large area. The centre of the village is the man-made village pond. The village also has a church, a sports field, a gym, and a school. At the Eschenhof restaurant, you can enjoy regional dishes. Various farms offer their products—such as eggs, potatoes, vegetables, honey, and jam—for sale.
