Das Ferienhaus war in keinem sehr gepflegten Zustand und schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Küchenausst..

Das Ferienhaus war in keinem sehr gepflegten Zustand und schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Küchenausstattung war zusammengestückelt. Es gab z. B. keine vernünftigen Messer. Die Salatschleuder funktionierte nicht etc. Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber. In einer Kunststoffschüssel befand sich Schimmel. Die Vorratsschränke waren sehr überfüllt mit Dingen, die man nicht braucht, so dass für die eigenen Vorräte der Platz fehlte. Insbesondere das Wohnzimmer war vollgestellt mit Möbeln, z. B. gab es sehr viele Stühle, eine Kinderküche, jedoch ohne Inhalt, Kinderspielsachen, die jedoch größtenteils unvollständig waren. Die Oberfläche des Sofas klebte unangenehm. Die Zuwegung zum Haus war sehr beengt. Da der Nachbar versäumt hat, seine Hecke zu schneiden, kamen wir mit dem Kinderanhänger nur sehr schwer durch. Wir hatten 3 Erwachsenenfahrräder, 2 Kinderfahrräder und einen Fahrradanhänger und mussten manövrieren, um durchzukommen und zirkeln, damit wir alle Räder vor dem Haus abstellen konnten. Der Fahrradschuppen war vollgestellt mit fremden Fahrrädern, daher für uns nicht nutzbar.. Die Mülltonnen vor der Haustür waren schon bei unserer Ankunft überfüllt und rochen in Anbetracht des warmen Wetters entsprechend. Dadurch gab es auch ein großes Problem mit Fliegen. Die Küchentür, die sich neben der Haustür befindet, wo sich die Mülltonnen stehen, haben wir deshalb gar nicht mehr geöffnet. Das Haus müsste dringend in Schuss gebracht werden. Wir waren das 5. Mal auf Norderney und hatten zuvor mit unseren Ferienwohnungen immer sehr großes Glück. Wir würden das Haus an der Mühle 5B nicht mehr mieten.
