  • The owner-occupied apartment is well-appointed, upscale, modern, bright, and furnished with attention to detail; a guest WC, washer/dryer/dishwasher, among other amenities, enhance comfort. The highlight is undoubtedly the fantastic view of the North Sea from the 12th floor, right on the beachfront – this justifies the seasonal price of €200 per day. You can see the shipping traffic and Juist, as well as the beach promenade, and can see towards both the North and West beaches – a truly uplifting view. You can conveniently use the parking space directly at the "Nordseeblick" building for loading and unloading; a luggage trolley is available. We offer both bedrooms for rent, but only for a total of two people.
