This exceptionally beautiful apartment is located in an exclusive house right by the sea. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and wonderful sunsets. The spacious and bright living room is cozy and stylish with Frisian charm. Already at breakfast at the large dining table you can see the sea and the passing fishing boats. The fully equipped kitchenette also has a dishwasher.
The apartment is equipped for 4 people and is best suited for a family vacation with children. In addition to the double bedroom you will find another small bedroom with a loft bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Towels and bed linen can be provided on request. Another small room is available for storage space. A washer and dryer are in separate rooms.

Tolle Wohnung

Von der Buchung bis zum Verlassen der Wohnung hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Schon beim Ankommen sind wir wahrhaft im Urlaub angekommen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Traumhaft ist der Ausblick, den man wunderbar auf dem Balkon genießen kann.

Wir kennen die Wohnung seit Jahren und haben uns, wie immer, sehr wohlgefühlt. ... eine kleine Anregung vielleicht doch... Der Zweisitzer ist zwar bequem, aber in unserem Alter möchte man doch schon mal die Beine ausstrecken und das fehlt leider. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen. Herzliche Grüße, Eva und Ludger Hahlhege

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Lage

Dank dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung hatten wir eine tolle Woche auf Norderney. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung mit dem fantastischen Meerblick und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen ist einfach wunderschön. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, dazu perfekt ausgestattet und hat unseres Erachtens alles, was man braucht. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und ausgesprochen freundlich. Insofern nochmals herzlichen Dank für die problemlose Anmietung und Abwicklung vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne FeWo mit traumhafter Lage

Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung. Küche und Bad funktionnieren tadellos und die Aussicht und Lage der Wohnung sind top. Man geht 1x über den Deich und kann schon schwimmen gehen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon bietet einen perfekten Blick aufs Meer.

Wunderschön!

Nicht zuletzt dank dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung habe ich die Zeit auf Norderney sehr genossen. Der Ausblick vom Wohnbereich und dem Balkon direkt auf die Nordsee ist einfach wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll im maritimen Stil eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich gebraucht habe und sehr sauber. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum ruhigen Innenhof gelegen und kann komplett abgedunkelt werden. Anmietung und Abwicklung vor Ort waren erfreulich unkompliziert.

Sehr gerne wieder

Optimal ist das separate Kinderschlafzimmer....ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön und komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und dem Verwalter war sehr herzlich und zuverlässig. Vielen Dank !

Norderney Aufenhalt

Sauber, gut organisiert und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (das einzige was wir nicht gefunden haben sind Eierbecher). Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Kinderzimmer ist für einen Teenager etwas klein, aber für Familien mit zwei Kindern optimal denke ich.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Schon das zweite Mal in der Wohnung und es ist alles wunderbar!! Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen!! Direkter Meerblick mit Balkon und nah zum Ort!! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
