TOP Lage, beste Aussicht auf das Meer und den einzigartigen Sonnenuntergang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles andere ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich habe bei "Ausstattung" 4 Sterne statt 5 gegeben, weil die Matratzen in dem Etagenbett ein wenig durchgelegen sind. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, alles andere ist super und wir würden gerne immer wieder diese Wohnung mieten. :-)

Die Aussicht ist wirklich super. Die ganze Ferienwohnung ist auch wunderbar ausgestattet. Gut für Paare, oder Eltern mit 2 Kindern. Hat auch einige Gesellschaftsspiele. Flexibilität bei Ankunft und Abreise, wenn niemand vor oder nach einem gebucht hat. Man bekommt auch relativ schnell eine Antwort auf Mails. Hat Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Vielleicht könnte man etwas häufiger in einen neuen Duschvorhang investieren und sich über eine neue WC-Brille Gedanken machen. Beides war schon etwas „in die Jahre“ gekommen. Dies betrifft aber eher den Eigentümer der Wohnung. Ansonsten waren wir sehr sehr zufrieden mit allem und insbesondere dem Ablauf der Vermietung, der Schlüsselübergabe und der superschnellen Erreichbarkeit und Rückmeldung durch Sie, Frau Hettling. Herzlichen Dank für einen tollen und reibungslosen Urlaub! Bis zum nächsten Jahr!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super.

Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, der Ausblick ist traumhaft, direkt aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung wohl original aus dem Baujahr 1965 (?), für meinen Geschmack zu viel alte Deko und Krimskrams in den Schubladen. Der Teppich ist auch sehr abgenutzt und im Wohnraum wäre ein Rollo oder Vorhang wünschenswert. Das Stockbett für die Kinder ist nicht für Jugendliche geeignet, evtl. für kleine Kinder bis 8 Jahre. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und der Kontakt zu Frau Hettling waren immer reibungslos, Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank dafür!

traumhafte Aussicht

5 Sterne für diese schöne FeWo mit dem phantastischen Ausblick auf Strandpromenade & Kaiserstraße! Die FeWo war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir wurden bei der Anreise von Frau Hettling sehr freundlich empfangen :-) sehr gerne wieder!
