Individual Frankenwaldhaus with grand piano / piano, up to 6 people, pets allowed

The Casa Franconia is centrally located (10 min. Footpath to the town center with shops and restaurants), but in a quiet area (2 minutes to the edge of the forest and ski lift) in the state-recognized resort of Nordhalben, Kronach district. Almost invisible, surrounded by the large garden and with a wonderful view of the Frankenwald nature park.
With us you will find peace, relaxation, deceleration, nature and music in a lovingly and individually restored Franconian forest house.
Whether family vacation, romantic weekend, music sessions or just partying with friends for a few days.

Our house has no central heating and is heated purely ecologically. Enjoy the roaring fire in the fireplace in the living / dining area, in the bedrooms there are natural stone radiators that are powered by green electricity and are particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Sufficient firewood will of course be made available to you.

The large, partly very natural garden is particularly popular with our young guests, as there is a lot to discover. On the wooden terrace in front of the house, in the lawn or in the hammock next to the jasmine you will find peace and relaxation.

With us you will also find a wide variety of fruits, you are welcome to help yourself! Raspberries, gooseberries, strawberries, wild strawberries, red / black currants, plums, apples, kiwi, cherries, mirabelle plums ..

Wunderschöner und rundum perfekter Aufenthalt
Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht und ist total schön und eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das absolute Highlight ist die Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer in einem, welches mit einem Holzofen beheizt wird. Der Vermieter ist auch total zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat den perfekten Aufenthalt abgerundet.

Gemütliches Häuschen tief im Frankenwald
Wir haben mit 3 Paaren ein entspannte Zeit dort verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht - gemütliche Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Kamin etc… Garten mit Sitzplatz und Grillmöglichkeit. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt und Gasthäuser … und die Wanderung kann direkt am Haus beginnen. Nicht zu vergessen, der herrliche Blick über den Frankenwald aus den Fenstern. Würden wir es wieder machen! Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Idyllischer Ort, netter Gastgeber
Unser Wochenende in der Villa Franconia war sehr gemütlich und entspannt. Dazu haben nicht nur der Ofen im Wohnzimmer, der bei unserer Ankunft bereits bullerte, beigetragen, sondern auch der sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Vermieter. Das Haus selbst ist zwar ohne Zentralheizung, aber mit den vielen Ersatzlösungen kann man es dort gut aushalten. Ausstattungsmäßig fehlte es an nichts. Der Ausblick aus den Schlafzimmern ist wunderschön!
