The bright and modern living/dining area features an open, fully equipped kitchen, including a spacious fridge-freezer, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an integrated microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The living room also features a spacious corner sofa with a pull-out sleeper function and a mattress topper. The holiday home is further equipped with 1 satellite TV with internet access, <br>The 250 m² property, featuring a small garden and a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities, invites you to relax and unwind. A garden shed provides space for bicycles, strollers, and other sports equipment you bring along.<br>The entire residential complex is sheltered by a small garden and has its own entrance, offering guests privacy. Additionally, a free parking space is available in the outdoor area.<br><br>Surroundings:<br>The holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Bielener, which features a swimming beach with a playground and a small beachside restaurant. Not far from there are also the Tauchersee, the Sundhäuser See, the Forellensee, and the Möwensee. Here, depending on your preference, you can swim, dive, fish, or simply explore nature on a walk or bike ride.<br>The Bielen district borders the city of Nordhausen and is about a 10-minute drive or bus ride from the city centre. Nordhausen is a city well worth visiting, featuring, for example, a theatre, a cinema, the Badehaus, and many sights and museums—all of which are showcased in a short video. A stroll through the Old Town, with its half-timbered houses, small shops, the Flohburg Museum, cosy cafés, and a variety of restaurants, is also well worth your time.
