You’ll receive a warm welcome the moment you step inside. Light colours, stylish furnishings, and a cosy sitting area in the entryway immediately set the holiday mood.
A special highlight is the spacious wellness bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool, and walk-in tiled shower. It’s the perfect place to unwind after an eventful day at Lake Vecht or a bike ride through the County of Bentheim. Both bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, smart TVs, and direct access to the terrace. Enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee as the sun rises and the birds greet the day. The cosy living area with a large smart TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a fully automatic coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartments. P.S.: The Seepark is not yet fully completed—there may be temporary disruptions due to construction vehicles or activity. We have taken this into account when setting the price for the apartment. Nordhorn is a city in Lower Saxony and is also known as the “Water City.” The city takes its name from the Vechte River, which flows through the city and feeds many canals and waterways. These waterways shape the cityscape and make Nordhorn a popular destination for bike rides and boat tours. Nordhorn’s city centre is located on an island and is surrounded by water. There are many attractions, such as the City Museum with its three locations, the Maritime Museum, and much more. It’s especially lovely to bike or walk along the many bike and hiking trails right by the water.
“Dat hygge Flow” is quiet yet centrally located. Beautifully situated on the edge of Seepark Nordhorn, this exceptionally luxurious holiday home is not far from Nordhorn’s wonderful city centre area. Its convenient location allows you to enjoy great day trips, even to the Netherlands, which is only 5 kilometres away.

During peak season and in conjunction with holidays, bookings are only available on a weekly basis! Check-in day: During peak season and around holidays, check-in is generally on Saturdays; alternatively, by arrangement. During certain periods, we have minimum stay requirements—we’d be happy to provide you with the specific dates, but please understand that short-stay surcharges may apply. However, this will be explicitly stated in our offers.
Earliest check-in time: Generally from 4:00 p.m.; latest check-out time is generally by 10:00 a.m.
