"Location is great! Nice and close to the station to get in and out of the city. Plenty of buses around too, however it’s also within walking distance to landmarks like the opera house and royal palace. Staff were super friendly, however you can go your entire stay without interacting with staff as my check in and check out were self service. I only dealt with staff as I had questions and they were very accommodating with me. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a nice hot shower and heated floors.
My only gripe is my room was facing the street and the windows don’t seem block out the sound of cars driving over snow and ice which was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix"
"Room was very clean and staff friendly. Self check in/check out was incredibly easy to use and the hotel was central allowing for easy access to the city. "
"A great hotel in the best location in Oslo. The young lady in reception (Shalom I think) was fantastic. She organised for our room to be cleaned so we could check in early which we really appreciated. The room was perfect for the three of us. Very stylish, clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had lots of food options. Overall, a great hotel. "
