A North Sea holiday right on the dike—enjoy the salty North Sea air in our semi-detached house, “Tinkeltutenhus,” on the Nordstrand Peninsula. This modern accommodation with a sauna can accommodate up to four people and one dog.

The location:
This modern half of a house is located right on the dike in the Westen district on the Nordstrand Peninsula. From the three floors of the property, you can marvel at the breathtaking expanses of the island.
The North Sea is just a stone’s throw away—the nearest swimming beach, “Fuhlehörn,” is about 1,600 metres away and offers even your four-legged companions a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the cool waters of the North Sea. Mudflat hikes can also be undertaken from here.
The “Strucklahnungshörn” harbour serves as the starting point for interesting trips across the North Sea and offers a promising opportunity to explore other islands and Halligen. Shopping, restaurants, and snack bars are also available on the island.
The famous “grey city by the sea,” Husum, is located only about 20 kilometres away and captivates many visitors every year with its picturesque harbour and lively city centre. Additional shopping options and restaurants can also be found in Husum, as well as the Husum train station.

This modern holiday home accommodates up to four people—families with two children are also welcome to spend their holiday with us.
The two bedrooms—one with a double bed (180 x 200) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 each)—are located on the ground floor, which is accessible via the stairs.
The bright and spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a sauna, invites you to relax and unwind.
After a sauna session, you can relax on two loungers on the second floor and admire the surrounding landscape through a large window.

The modern kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking together: It features a 4-burner stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a coffee maker. The food processor is another highlight of the kitchen’s amenities. Once you’re done cooking, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes for you.

The cosy living area, with access to the patio, is perfect for social gatherings. There is also a dining area here. A TV and a radio provide entertainment.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. A washing machine and a dryer are also at your disposal.
