    Bedrooms (Sleeps 4 total):
    - Bedroom 1: One comfortable queen bed.
    - Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
    - Living Room: Sofa converts to a bed for two additional guests.

    Outdoor Living:
    - Private front deck, perfect for morning coffee.
    - Spacious backyard with an eight-person dining table for alfresco meals.
    - Cozy fire pit for evening relaxation under mature trees.
