Room was very nice, floor was a bit sandy still. There was a rowdy bunch upstairs that was up well passed 230AM partying on the balcony and in the parking lot. Pool was very nice, but we witnessed another guest washing their sandy feet off in the shallow end... I didn't see a wash area for guests coming in from the beach either. Otherwise, good for a quick stay to see your sailor- good access to the base and the highway.

Our stay was good floor was gritty when we checked in bathroom nice and clean and overall the staff was great and made our stay like we were at home and the fishing was really good and being on the beach was very nice and the pool and the hours for swimming was # 1. All of this combined made it an excellent stay.

The property is an affordable option right on the beach. And is generally clean. However it shows its age and price with minimal bedding and thin towels. I felt somewhat unsafe but did notice the front desk staff had security cameras for areas like the parking lot.

Room and bathroom was clean and fresh, staff was friendly and helpful, stay was below market value and was superb! Being right on the beach was perfect and the hotel was centrally located for the areas I wanted/needed to go to. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in VA
