The property is an affordable option right on the beach. And is generally clean. However it shows its age and price with minimal bedding and thin towels. I felt somewhat unsafe but did notice the front desk staff had security cameras for areas like the parking lot.

Needs some serious maintenance and fixing everywhere. Main lobby Smelled horrible like a sewer leak was active. View of ocean was great. Light next to bed did not work. Rooms need to be cleaned better. Dirt and dust balls everywhere... bed was comfortable. Did not try breakfast as it was right off the lobby and that smell was horrendous..

First the good. Nice location-you can litetally walk across the small parking lot and there's the beach. The air conditioner was a champ. It worked very well & room temperature was comfortable. The not-so-good-lots of trash around the property & new trash every morning, the ceiling in our room leaked in two different places, the room was dirty, obvious stains on curtains and walls, rusty fixtures and dirty lamp shades. This property needs some attention, parking lot is sketch...we paid WAY too much for such poor quality. I can't recommend this hotel.
