Full kitchen, washer/ dryer. Historic neighborhood-safe, well lit, & walkable. Plenty of free street parking & 1 space available in private driveway. Private entrance with lock box for keys. 2 playgrounds & dog park in walking distance. Zoo, YMCA, Ghent Cafes, Oceanview & downtown 5-10 minute drive. 420 friendly.

First floor apartment in a beautiful duplex house. Private entrance. Two bedrooms. Queen sized bed and tv (local channels) in each bedroom. Sleeper sofa and television with Roku in living room. Central air and heat throughout the apartment. Ceiling fan in 1st bedroom. Free WiFi. Upstairs apartment is occupied and has a separate entrance.
