"Very helpful and accomodating hosts "

"Very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom unit in the main building with lovely views over the hills to the ocean and Phillip Island. The cabins look really great as well. Easy walk to Burnt Pine township. Google maps photos show a pool in the grounds but it has been removed. Insect screens were damaged or missing so we couldnt leave windows open at night because of mosquitoes. Otherwise our stay was excellent. "

"Clean & modern villas. Close walk to shops. Great service at check in. Whilst there is no laundry in the unit, there is a shared laundry space a very short walk away. Great balcony to sit for breakfast/dinner & watch the chickens below or just soak in the greenery You can also hire a car through Broad Leaf as well. "

"The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. After a mix-up at the start that the staff corrected immediately we had a great stay and found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The bbq area was also well kept and handy to our room. A hire car was included which we couldn't have done without. It was about 1 km to the main town and a flat walk. The bed was lovely and not firm, and the bath towels were huge and soft. "
