Really enjoyed the location that was less than 2 miles from the most popular areas of Tokyo without the large crowds. Hotel has all the things you need including a convenience store located in the basement. Great free breakfast if you have lounge access. Stayed here twice and like this location as a Tokyo base.

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

Great location and spacious rooms. Helpful staff and close to the station and shopping options. The rooms also come with an iron and ironing board. The hot springs public baths are also great. The view was also gorgeous of the bay. However, minor issues being the lobby being on the top floor and having to take multiple elevators, which can be bothersome on a tight schedule. And there isn't as much to do in the nearby areas as some other locations in Tokyo.

I’ve been traveling the world my whole life and have stayed in 5 star resorts all over. This was hands down one of the best big city hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room and hotel was gorgeous, pool and spa was superb, food outstanding, and much more. The secret bar was a huge plus as well. Well done Fairmont!

Hotel New Otani excels! Staff were attentive, room and amenities wonderful. The Sky restaurant was a very special treat.
