This is our little home away from home for OU game days. We have put our hearts into it and hope that its unique charms contribute to a comfortable stay. It has two parks with a minute walk and its walking distance to campus corner and Main Street for all your food and drink necessities. Door dash and Postmates show up very fast too.

The property was filled with cobwebs. Seemed like every corner had them. 3rd bedroom is really a garage that flooded the first night there, it was filled with cobwebs as well. There was food in fridge that was expired and fridge and freezer was dirty. Point of doing a VRBO is to be able to cook there yet no one in group felt that was a good idea. We didn’t receive notification on how to get in until I reached out upon arrival and never got Wi-Fi password. Very disappointing.

Graduation with Glampions
Derek made our stay very pleasurable. He was very responsive to any message and since this was my first time using VRBO I wasn’t very good at it. The location was optimal for graduation and we were able to have a graduation dinner together. Our family is grateful.

New but has potential
Obviously it’s a new rental and some work needs to be done on the house. One room has no heat or ac and was freezing even with all the extra blankets we could find in the house which was 2. In that same room the comforter had a stain and one bed had no sheets. Had to hunt for the extra. There was a spot in the dinning room that had loose tile that we did not feel was safe for the kids. Owner needs to add check in instructions like Wi-Fi and locations of items in the house. Check out instructions would also be good. Location was good near parks and campus. Other 2 bedrooms were perfect. Potential for a good rental for sure.
