Renovated 1970s holiday home by the dunes

We've renovated this holiday home over the course of three years using recycled materials and items, while preserving its original 1970s style. The colour scheme's inspired by the Svinkløv Badehotel on the west coast of Jutland—a theme you can sense throughout the home. Three separate bedrooms and a large living room provide space for both togetherness and tranquillity. The living room's the focal point, with plenty of space to gather for meals, board games, or films. The home features three separate bedrooms, and the overall style's simple and personal, with carefully selected recycled materials. We've kept the original floor plan from the 1970s intact. We've deliberately left the wild garden natural so that the animals from Klitplantagen can pass through. There’s room to play Kubb or badminton on windless days. We’ve recently completely renovated the terrace, and it now serves as a natural extension of the house with plenty of space for you.



Klitplantagen offers hours of walking and hiking. The sea shifts in character from calm to wild. A 30-minute drive takes you to Hvide Sande, where you can enjoy fish and chips with a local beer or buy fresh fish to take home.
