Nice view, mid service

Room did not have towels, upon request at reception we were provided with some towels (less then a set each) which we realised were mouldy and filthy. When we called reception they came to the room, provided us with a fresh set each and some complimentary sweets. We noticed some pizza boxes in the hallways near the lift that were left there for 3 days. All in all it was okay, but not the place you recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is centrally situated just opposite the city hall! The breakfast is excellent, the beds are comfortable! The rooms are a little outdated with som wear and tear! Other than that the service from hotel staff was excellent! I can recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Das ist aber das einzig positive was man sagen kann. Das Hotel muss dringen saniert werden. Die Aufzüger sind im Daueralarm, da 4 Fahrgäste mit Koffern schon zu viel sind. Der Geruch im Bad nimmt einem den Atem und verschwindet ur für ein paar Stunden wenn man das Wasser länger laufen lässt. Das Frühstück ist ein Chaos, das Personal ist maßlos überfordert, da unorganisiert, einelne Teller oder Besteck nachzuräumen und die Tische nur auf Aufforderung ohne ein Tablett abzuräumen, sind nur ein paar Beispiele…
