Staff during the entire stay were lovely. Polite and attentive. Evening and overnight team were very accommodating and opened the breakfast room so I had a space to work on my laptop so my children could sleep. Extended breakfast until 10:00 am was perfect for my tired children.

The room was great and comfortable beds, however the breakfast arrangement was terrible. Pre-packaged Bacon and egg patties in freezer for “help yourself and microwave “. Pancake maker made very tiny pancakes, and no staff checking on anything. We will probably stay somewhere different next time .

I want to start by saying I felt a bit misled when I booked this place. The photos online didn’t match what I saw when I arrived. It wasn’t clear that the property is both a hotel and a motel, and most of the pictures only showed the hotel side. I think the website should be more transparent about that. That said, I don’t want to blame the staff. The room itself was clean for a motel-style setup, which I appreciated. The morning staff were especially helpful and friendly. There were a couple of issues with the room — the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom fan was very loud (to the point where I had to use the bathroom in the dark). But after I reported these problems, they responded quickly and fixed things right away, which I definitely give them credit for. In the afternoon, I interacted with two staff members. The man was very helpful and clearly wanted to make sure I had a good experience. The woman, however, came across as a bit cold and not very engaging. Overall, while there were some frustrations, the staff did their best to address the issues and make my stay better. I don’t think it’s a bad place, but I do think the listing should be more accurate so guests know what to expect.

Amazing breakfast

Amazing breakfast with sausage, bacon, omelet, pancake, etc. Amazing price, but it is in an old hotel in the old part of town. Do not go there if you want the best looking hotel in the best part of town. Rcmp is next door so it was/seem safe.
