"Staff is nice enough. The property is older and in need of a couple updates but I still enjoyed our stay so much. The amenities (pool, lake access, spa, arcade, restaurant and bar) and location (on the lake, walkable to a brewery and the village) are what make this place. The rooms are standard with a nice patio and view. They could also use a little update especially the pull out couch mattress. It was one of the worst my kids have slept on. Will return."

"This is a great place for a relaxing getaway. The views are fantastic, and the neighborhood during our midweek stay was quiet. The deck was spacious and comfortable for relaxing. You are up in the trees and we loved watching the birds, and the boats on the lake below. The house is small, but well decorated, cozy and comfortable. It's not a party house and we loved that about it!Marilyn was a great host, giving us good tips on our stay and making check in and out easy. I want to point out the quality towels and kitchenware. A lot of rentals skimp in this area, but having nice kitchenware, table and silverware, along with soft fluffy towels and bedding, elevated our stay."

"Last minute trip to Lake Arrowhead for Family of 6 adults 1 older teen, and 2 small dogs.Cabin interior and exterior are updated, comfy beds and furnishings. Fully stocked Kitchen, we did lots of cooking. Had everything we needed. Amenities like shampoo, plenty of towels, TP. Coffee pods were a plus. There were dog bowls, we had 1 set but used the other too.Didn't use game room much since we were out exploring. But one of our guest organized the games because they were all mixed up. Plenty of games to be played.The weather was hot, 91f , glad there was a new wall Unit in dining area and plenty of portable fans that were used in each room. Sun made it quiet warm in the living area so ac and fans helped. The fans also helped drown out some light road noise. Parking sneaks up on you, so take your time as you get close to location. 3 small or mid-sized cars or 2 regular trucks fit in the parking area.We did use the lake trails with the passes and we were asked if we had them while returning from a hike by Tavern bay. The ALA attendant was so glad we had the Lanyards.We also drove to Peninsula Park and swam in the small beach. Finding Parking can get a little hectic Again with the hot weather having acces to the water was wonderfully refreshing. Communication wa great, an email from ALA went to my Spam folder, so double check it just in case.All in all great stay, as always wish it was longer"
